PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices displayed on the Website are final, in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless by legal requirement, especially in relation to VAT, is indicated and applies other matter.
Under no circumstances shall the Website automatically add additional costs to the price of a product or service, but only those that the User has voluntarily and freely selected and chosen.
Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received a confirmation of service provision.

TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

The User, regardless of the means he chooses to communicate his decision, must clearly and unequivocally express his intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. In the event of withdrawal, 10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge shall reimburse the User for all payments received, without any undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which 10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge is informed of the decision to withdraw by the User.
10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge will reimburse the User using the same payment method used by the User for the initial purchase transaction. This refund will not generate any additional costs to the User.
The Right of Withdrawal shall not assist Users when the provision of the service has been fully executed, or when it has commenced, with the express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgement on their part that they are aware that once the contract has been fully executed by 10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
In general, 10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events beyond its reasonable control, ie due to force majeure, and this may include, but is not limited to:

In this way, the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the cause of force majeure continues, and 10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge will have an extension in the term to fulfill them for a period of time equal to the duration of the cause of force majeure. 10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge will take all reasonable steps to find a solution that will enable it to meet its obligations despite the force majeure cause.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES

If any of these Conditions are declared null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the rest of the clauses shall remain in force and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.
These Terms and all documents expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the User and 10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge in relation to the subject matter of the purchase and supersede any other prior agreement, agreement or promise made verbally or in writing by the same parties.
The User and 10th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge acknowledge that they have consented to the conclusion of a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party, except as expressly mentioned in these Conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
